Robert J. Hannon
Robert “Bob” J. Hannon, 90, of Tinley Park, died June 21. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. Bob spent his entire career as an Illinois Professional Land Surveyor, and was the owner and President of Chicago Guarantee Survey Company before retiring in 1992. Bob and Marlene put many miles into traveling with their children always camping. In his retirement years they traveled far and wide across the country and in Europe. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marlene; Greg (Cathy), Gary (Mary), Valerie Chudy, Glenn (Julie), Gil (Teresa) and Gordon (Chip); grandchildren, Allison (Michael) Cirullo, Amy (Joseph) Malizia, Brian, Kelly, Jennifer (Lance) Matsumoto, Amanda (Luke) Bowman, Sara (Conner) Fenton, Conner, Patrick (Jennifer), Cailin (Tim) Peasley, Ryan, and Jose; great-grandchildren, Quinton, Brinley, Nathaniel, Joshua, Henry, Lance Jr., Erik, Hailey and Addelyn; and many nieces and nephews survive.
