Grissom has a trophy day at SWIC Tournaments

Grissom Middle School’s seventh-grade basketball team was on a mission.

Leading scorer TJ Burke, who averaged 13 points a game, broke his leg in the SouthWest Interscholastic Conference tournament quarterfinals.

“He was trying to save a ball from going out of bounds,” Grissom coach Vince Fiore said.
