Five-year-old Nolan Trojan felt like he was on top of the world.

With the help of his mother, Lauren, the Tinley Park toddler sat comfortably in the driver’s seat of a street sweeper out on display the evening of Aug. 1 at Zabrocki Plaza.

It was one of three vehicles that the Tinley Park Public Works Department showcased for National Night Out, an annual summer event hosted by the Village of Tinley Park and Tinley Park Police Department.
