A man who robbed the Fifth Third Bank located at 18299 S. Harlem Ave. on June 18, is believed to be responsible for four other bank robberies in the southwest suburbs, according to the FBI.

According to the FBI, the unknown suspect, who is a black male in his mid-late 40s, robbed the bank at 2:43 p.m. The suspect wore a black baseball hat and grey jacket. He is believed to be between 5'6"and 5'8" and of medium build. He reportedly fled the scene in a silver, mid-2000s model Nissan Versa.

The suspect is believed to have been responsible for bank robberies in Blue Island, Midlothian, Matteson and Oak Forest, all occurring within about a month of each other.

The FBI said that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
