The original Cooper’s Hawk location in Orland Park may be taking a step forward with some recently completed renovations, but its staff is using the celebration of the franchise’s 14th year in business to offer customers a fun look back at some dishes that trace all the way back to the first incarnation of the restaurant’s menu.
