According to a letter sent by CMS Principal Randy Fortin to parents and legal guardians dated Nov. 16, the school’s administration “became aware of a social media (Snapchat) post that indicated cyber bullying and threats against a student at CMS.

The Tinley Park Police Department responded to an incident at Central Middle School on the morning of Friday, Nov. 16 in regards to a reported threat made by one student to another, according to TPPD Chief Matthew Walsh.
