Losing does not sit well with Zeke Childs. But too often this season, he has found himself on a Friday night, sitting with another Tinley Park football defeat. “I just go home and wait until the film is uploaded, about two or three hours — just sitting there, looking in the mirror or maybe looking at my phone,” the senior defensive lineman and captain said. “Then, I watch the film and try to learn from my mistakes.” After the Titans’ 21-7 loss to T.F. North on Friday, Oct. 18, Childs did something else first. He led the handshake line.
